On the evening of the Feb. 18th, Ms. Ye Zhang, from Zhengrongfu Community, Xindian Town, of Fuzhou City was anxious at the gate of the community. Her child was suddenly choked in the throat with candy. Although she immediately performed first aid for the child, she was too weak.
